Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.
Use job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up for feedback.
Maintain valuable communication with clients and candidates.
Work on multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:
