- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Handle permanent hiring and staff augmentation/client staffing requirements.
- Build talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely closures.
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelors / Masters degree in HR / Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Staff Augmentation with expertise in IT & Non-IT hiring.
