Role

The GTM Architect co-owns revenue outcomes with business teams by shaping solutions that deliver client value and hold up commercially and technically across prioritised deals. The role spans early client conversations through Design & Discovery to delivery handoff, and co-owns client relationships with the Account Manager to build and grow accounts. It sits between Sales, Delivery, and the CoEs translating client needs and our technical capability into solutions that are commercially viable and executable.

The GTM Architect will be the strategic bridge between JMAN product and delivery capabilities and our global client client partners (US/UK), driving sales enablement, value creation, and delivery alignment for the Private Equity and portfolio client ecosystem. This position is ideal for senior professionals with technology presales, consulting, or solutioning experience and an MBA from a reputed business school, who can combine commercial acumen,



solution storytelling, and operational discipline to scale our go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

10–12 years in technology presales, GTM, or solution consulting (tech services, consulting, or SaaS/product). Fluent in current AI tools, methodologies, and data/analytics/cloud solutions and able to apply them in solutioning.

Track record of linking solutions to business outcomes and explicit client communication.

Experience shaping and presenting proposals, SOWs, and business cases for data, analytics, AI, or technology transformation engagements.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior client and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Leadership teams in a matrix environment.
