Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate subsurface investigations and perform field observations
- Prepare drilling/test pit logs, daily reports, and chain of custody forms
- Design deep foundations, excavation support, and underpinning systems
- Conduct engineering analyses (settlement, liquefaction, lateral pile)
- Assist project managers with proposals, field coordination, and project support
- Perform inspections of geotechnical construction activities
- Collaborate with international teams on premier projects
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and geotechnical plans
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and adhoc analyses for project decisions
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and procedures for geotechnical work
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Mandatory Skills

- Subsurface investigations and geotechnical report preparation
- Foundation design (deep foundations, retaining structures, underpinning systems)




- Engineering analysis (settlement analysis, liquefaction assessments, lateral pile analysis)
- Field inspections of geotechnical construction activities
- Preparation of technical reports, specifications, and geotechnical plans
- Collaboration with international teams and project managers

Secondary skills

- Software knowledge: gINT, Slide/SLOPE/W, PLAXIS, LPILE, GRLWEAP, MSEW, SHAKE
- Proposal writing and project management support
- Technical documentation and specification writing
- Prior field experience in earthwork, pile foundation construction, load testing, and ground improvement
- Solid communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to travel and perform fieldwork in India
