Responsibilities

- Supporting and executing Divisional Supplier Quality Strategy
- Supporting supplier escalation Level 1 doing EL2 Q-Performance Escalations regarding his suppliers
- Responsible for Supplier readiness activities and achievement of expected maturity level within Projects (Customer but also internal) regarding commodity / regional suppliers
- Responsible for supplier complaint management and protection of ZF Production sites within or outside its region. Including containment activities and 8D Management onsite at regional suppliers
- Represents Supplier Quality E2E regarding assigned suppliers
- Implementation for continuous improvement regarding assigned suppliers and also global Lessons Learned implementation. E.g. regular Audits, Q- Initiatives, CIP, preventive activities,
- Supporting of purchasing strategies (e.g. PFS, )



together with program, commodity purchasing and related departments
- Responsible for SNCC collection. Supported within escalation by purchasing
