Role & responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

- Ensure timely monthly invoice submission, including delivery challan validation, GRN collection, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle payment resolution in coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor Fulfilment Executives (FEs) for performance and service delivery for assigned customers.
- Manage cluster-level exception handling and drive resolution within defined timelines.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers and Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Ensure seamless communication, coordination, and information sharing with all stakeholders.
- Drive proactive engagement to improve cycle time compliance and customer satisfaction.

Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, guide, and review performance of Fulfilment Executives (FEs) and Supervisors.
- Oversee team responsibilities including:
- Damage inspection & analysis
- Approval of repair estimates
- Documentation accuracy

- Review monthly forecasts and daily MIS reports to ensure alignment with targets.

Asset & Cycle Time Management

- Conduct Cycle Time Review & Analysis including:




- 4BCT tracking
- Missing asset classification and reporting
- Coordination with customers for clearing ageing RPK

- Ensure quality validation of repaired assets and plan preventive maintenance activities.

Audit & Compliance

- Plan and execute stock audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain high standards of operational governance and reporting accuracy.

Business Growth Support

- Facilitate trials for recent business development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation within the cluster.
