Roles and Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and success.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, employee engagement, performance management systems, and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage complex employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner while maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills gaps identified through assessment centers or other methods.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in Business HR or Corporate HR roles within the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Robust understanding of business partnering principles and ability to work closely with senior stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing effective solutions for improving employee engagement, performance management systems, and talent management practices.
