Job Title: Salesforce Order Management Specialist Technical Lead
Location: Chennai – Siruseri
Experience: 10+ Years

Primary Skill: Salesforce Order Management (SOM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Salesforce Order Management solution design and implementation.
- Design scalable O2C and Q2C architecture.
- Manage Order Capture and Quote-to-Order processes.
- Design complete Order Lifecycle Management covering order creation, validation, fulfillment, amendments, cancellations, returns and completion.
- Define order validation frameworks, business rules and exception handling.
- Design Order Orchestration across multiple fulfillment systems.
- Integrate Salesforce with SAP for orders, products, pricing,



customers and fulfillment status.
- Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events and middleware.
- Configure Salesforce Flow and workflow automation.
- Lead development teams, code reviews, architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
- Mentor developers and support estimation, sprint planning and release management.
