- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Process claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely payment collection and minimizing denial rates.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, resubmitting claims as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., revenue cycle management) to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, and Denial Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/letter correspondence.
