- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient accounts, contacting healthcare providers, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the US healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including medical billing and insurance claims processing.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
