Role
As a Validation lead, you will be responsible for finalizing the BOQ post-validation of drawings,
BOQ and site.
Responsibilities
-
Understand drawings of all disciplines (Carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing etc) and verify quantities of each line item in the BOQ

Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks
Validate drawings, BOQ & site Add missing line items in the BOQ
Do rate analysis for non-standard items
Finalize BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and a thorough validation at the site
Prepare BoM to facilitate the release of POs to Labour contracts
Must have
-
3+ years of contracting experience (1 yr execution + 2 yr QS) in residential/commercial
projects

Ability to assess design feasibility, visualise in office conditions and foresee execution
risks

Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
Extremely high level of ownership
High learning aptitude
Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture
