We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, ITIL, and SQL to manage and troubleshoot production applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Work on Linux/Unix environments and use Shell scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
- Write, analyze, execute, and troubleshoot SQL queries independently.
- Investigate data-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor production systems, handle incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for complex issues.
