- Field Sales Executive (Males Only)

Requirements:

- Bike & Valid Driving License Mandatory
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: Approach potential customers (individuals/businesses) to sell insurance products.
- Sales Presentations:



Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain policy features & perks.
- Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, outdoor activities, referrals, and networking.
- Relationship Building: Maintain cordial and long-term customer relationships.
- Market Insights: Share customer feedback to enhance product strategies.
- Customer Support: Assist with policy renewals, claims support, and service queries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
