Role : Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller who can communicate confidently with customers and handle calls professionally.

- Make calls to customers and potential customers.
- Explain company services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer questions and provide proper information.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements .
- Maintain customer and lead details.
- Schedule customer follow-ups.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken communication in Tamil, English, or Hindi.
- Knowledge of Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.
- 2026 graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
