Job Description:
- Solid experience in DFT implementation and methodology.
- Hands-on experience in Scan Insertion, ATPG, and MBIST.
- Knowledge of Scan Compression, JTAG, and Boundary Scan.
- Experience in DFT DRC checks and debugging.
- Understanding of ATPG pattern generation and coverage analysis.
- Good knowledge of DFT tools and flows.
