Job Title: Regional Business Head – Micro LAP & Affordable Home Loans

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Business Head to lead and expand the Micro LAP & Affordable Home Loan business across the Telangana region. The role requires strong leadership, business development expertise, and deep understanding of retail asset products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth for Micro LAP & Affordable Home Loans across the region

• Achieve disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets

• Lead and manage regional sales teams and channel partners

• Develop sourcing channels including DSAs, connectors, and builders

• Ensure portfolio quality, credit discipline, and compliance with policies

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth disbursements

• Monitor MIS, productivity, and team performance regularly





• Track market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Micro LAP / Affordable Home Loans / Retail Assets

• Proven capability in managing large teams and regional business

• Good understanding of credit, underwriting, and risk parameters

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Experience

• 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Affordable Housing / LAP / Retail Assets

• Prior experience as Regional / Zonal Head preferred

Compensation

• CTC: Up to 1.5 Lakhs per month + Performance linked incentives (based on experience and performance)
