Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Professional Course Advisor to connect with working professionals and help them identify suitable professional courses, certifications, and upskilling programs based on their career goals and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with working professionals through inbound and outbound calls to understand their career goals and professional requirements.
- Advise professionals on suitable certification courses, executive programs, and upskilling opportunities.
- Explain course benefits, curriculum, duration, certification, fees, and career relevance clearly.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective professionals and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.




- Build strong relationships with professionals and provide appropriate guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Handle objections and queries professionally and support prospects in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, professional certifications, and career-oriented courses.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, course counselling, business development, tele-sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion.
- Comfortable communicating with working professionals and decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
