Role Overview
Casagrand is looking for a CRM Trainer to drive training initiatives for CRM teams handling customer service, grievance management, collections, payment follow-ups, and customer relationship processes. The candidate should have solid experience in customer-facing operations and process training.
Requirements
- 8-13 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Collections, or Process Training.
- Experience training customer-facing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Objection Handling, grievance handling, collections, payment follow-ups, and customer lifecycle management. (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, or related industries preferred.
