- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to credit cards.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling and convert them into paying customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Process transactions, answer questions about products and services, and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Meet daily targets set by the management while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills with solid convincing power over phone conversations.
- Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken) with good knowledge of Hindi language is required.
- Ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
