Position: Team Lead Operations

Locations: Hyderabad

Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of Team Lead experience on papers(Acting Team Lead / Acting SME profiles will not be considered).
- Communication: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- People Management: Proven ability in managing teams and driving performance.
- Performance Metrics: Robust understanding and hands-on experience in handling: KRAS (Key Result Areas), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Operational Management: Exposure to managing Attrition, Shrinkage, and Process Transitions.





Domain Preference:

- International Voice Process background preferred.(No Domestic Experience will be considered)
- US Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
- Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
