Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn about different IT technologies and job roles.
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
