- Strong expertise in Managed File Transfer solutions (L3 level)
- Hands-on with IBM MFT / Globalscape / XFB Gateway / CFT / SecureTransport
- Solid experience with SFTP, FTP, PESIT, AS2 protocols
- Solid knowledge of SSH, certificates, encryption, and access control
- Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Ability to automate file transfer operations using scripting
- Experience with ELK Stack for dashboards, alerts, and operational visibility
- Ability to work with application teams and external partners
