The Role:

- Develop good relations with pan-India transport partners.
- Sourcing of vehicles from these partners on dedicated/ad-hoc basis at competitive rates.
- For new transport partners, negotiating rates and ensuring SLAs are understood and followed by the partners.
- Coordinate with transport partners, drivers, delivery boys to ensure vehicle placement, deliveries as per pre-defined schedule and post-delivery documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvements within local transportation to improve reliability and cost of distribution operations.
- Understand the pain-points of our partners and work actively to reduce these so that we create lasting value for the partners.
