Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to support our freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, communicating with carriers and customers, and ensuring smooth transportation of cargo while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate international import and export shipments.
- Prepare and manage freight forwarding documentation such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other shipping documents.




- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, customs brokers, and transport providers.
- Handle booking requests and shipment scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the logistics management system.
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- Good understanding of international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
