Role Overview
Zepto is looking for a proactive and analytical DH Operations Executive to manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, track key performance metrics, resolve operational escalations, and coordinate with city and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily warehouse operations and identify process/operational breaches.
- Track key metrics such as Putaway, Unloading, Inventory Hygiene, RTO, Recirculation, and Operational Breaches.
- Handle real-time escalations and drive timely resolutions.
- Conduct basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and suggest corrective actions.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with City Teams, Warehouse Managers, Stores, and Central Operations.
- Prepare daily trackers, reports,
and operational updates.
- Make regular stakeholder/store calls for follow-ups and closures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar roles. Freshers with solid analytical skills can also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, calling-intensive environment.
Work Schedule
- 6-day work week
- Rotational shifts: Morning / Evening / Night
- Weekend and public holiday flexibility required.
