Roles & Responsibilities:

- Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Implement Demand, Project, Portfolio, Investment, Resource, and Financial Management.
- Configure Portfolio Hierarchy and data structures.
- Develop and customize SPM workflows and business logic.
- Build Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Support SPM integrations and data migration activities.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
- Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants on solution implementation.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation recommendations.
- Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets,



and Transform Maps as required.
- Support Strategic Planning Workspace, APM, and Enterprise Architecture capabilities where applicable.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

- 6-10 years of overall experience with strong ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on SPM/PPM/ITBM implementation experience.
- Robust JavaScript, Glide API, CSDM, and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, APM, or Strategic Planning Workspace is preferred.
- CIS-SPM / CSA / CAD certification is an advantage.
