- Supervise day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets .
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production requirements.
- Monitor production processes and minimize downtime.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per quality standards and work instructions.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
- Identify and reduce rejection, rework, and process defects.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company policies.
