- Provide technical support to users on desktop systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) and software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, updating, and backups to prevent system downtime or data loss.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify solutions for complex technical issues.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in IT administration or related field.
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems is an asset.
