We are hiring SAP S/4HANA / ERP Retail Functional Consultants for multiple positions supporting Retail transformation, implementation and rollout initiatives.

O2C Senior Consultant – Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document O2C requirements with retail commercial, store operations and e-commerce stakeholders.
• Review and validate functional specifications.
• Support order management, pricing, promotions, returns, refunds, billing and customer settlement.
• Oversee integration with SAP CAR, SAP IS-Retail,



POS and SAP components including MM and FI.
• Manage end-to-end data flow between POS, omni-channel order capture, inventory management and revenue reporting.
• Validate integration tests and UAT results.
• Support retail pricing, promotion and billing configurations.
• Coordinate integration with payment providers, loyalty platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Provide O2C SME support from design through store go-live and hypercare.
• Identify rollout risks and support mitigation.
• Conduct workshops and training for store and commercial users.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant SAP S/4HANA Retail / ERP Retail functional consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant functional area – O2C, P2P or R2R.
• Experience with retail business processes.
• Experience in functional specification review and business requirement analysis.
• Understanding of SAP integration and retail system interfaces.
• Experience in testing, UAT and implementation/rollout activities.
• For O2C + CAR positions, experience with SAP CAR and retail O2C processes is required.

Senior / Mid-Junior Opportunities

Senior positions are available for experienced consultants in O2C, P2P, O2C + CAR and R2R.
