Role & responsibilities

Job Description

- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Weaving and Spinning departments.
- Monitor production targets, machine performance and product quality.
- Manage manpower and shift activities effectively.
- Ensure proper machine operation and minimize downtime and wastage.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Production Planning teams.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
- Train and guide operators and workers.
- Support the Production Manager in achieving production and quality targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Textile Technology or relevant qualification.
- Freshers can apply.




- Candidates with experience in Spinning / Weaving / Textile Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage production activities.
