CAVA is a fast-growing Indian athleisure and lifestyle brand building across D2C and offline retail. As we scale our online business and retail footprint, we are looking for a strong, hands-on Finance & Accounts skilled who can bring accuracy, ownership and structure to day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
What you will own
* Day-to-day accounting and maintenance of books
* Bank reconciliations and payment reconciliations
* E-commerce/payment gateway reconciliations Shopify, Razorpay/Cashfree or similar platforms
* Sales, returns, refunds, credit notes and settlement reconciliation
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Vendor reconciliation and payment schedules
* Inventory accounting, COGS and stock reconciliation
* GST compliance, reconciliations and return-related workings
* TDS calculations, payments and compliance
* Monthly book closure and preparation of schedules
* P&L; and Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Monthly MIS and management reports
* Coordination with auditors, CA and other external consultants
* Supporting retail/store accounting and reconciliations
* Identifying discrepancies and following them through to closure
What were looking for
Strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel is essential. You should be comfortable working independently with large transaction volumes and reconciliations.
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, fashion, apparel or another consumer business is strongly preferred.
We particularly value someone detail-oriented, organised and persistent with closures not someone who simply records entries and passes unresolved issues onward.
