Role & responsibilities

Job Description

- Manage the complete HR operations of the organization.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning and employee onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related activities and employee benefits.
- Conduct employee engagement, welfare and recognition activities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and skill development activities.
- Monitor disciplinary procedures and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage HR MIS, reports and employee records.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and HR-related matters.
- Support management in improving employee retention and workplace practices.
- Lead and guide the HR team effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification.




- 510 years of experience in HR, preferably in Textile / Manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, statutory compliance and payroll processes.
- Experience in recruitment and manpower management.
- Good knowledge of HRMS / ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations and workplace issues professionally.
- Candidates with experience in Textile Mills / Spinning / Weaving will be preferred.
