Role & responsibilities :-

- Hospital Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Practical exposure to IPD and OPD billing cycles, multi-tier tariff plans, cash/credit billing audits, and plug of revenue leakages.
- TPA & Corporate Insurance Claims: Experience with pre-authorizations, query resolution, handling rejection/deduction patterns, and liaison with insurers/TPAs for outstanding claim realization.
- Doctor Payouts & Departmental Accounting: Proficiency in calculating consultant honorariums, fee shares, OPD/IPD procedure split models, and tracking physician revenue contributions.
- Cash Flow & Counter Oversight: Supervision of daily collection summaries across billing counters, POS settlements, daily bank reconciliations, and cash limit audits.
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Ledgers: Verification and clearance of pharmacy, surgical consumables, biomedical equipment vendors, and medical supply invoices with ledger scrutiny.
- Budgeting & MIS Assistance:



Assisting senior management with OPEX/CAPEX variance tracking, EBITDA drivers, ARPOB metrics, bed turnover data, and monthly departmental packs.

Preferred candidate profile Must have the below Knowledge:-

- Hospital Information System (HIS): Working knowledge of specialized hospital ERP modules (e.g., SAP, TallyPrime, Oracle, Meditech, or custom HIS).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel: Solid skills in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, handling large hospital billing data dumps.
- Statutory Compliance: Thorough understanding of TDS deductions (specifically 194J on doctor fees, 194C on contractor invoices) and GST applicability in healthcare.

Audit Support: Prior experience in assisting internal audits, statutory financial audits, and insurance regulatory reconciliations
