About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to work on a US-based AI training project.

This is a flexible part time opportunity for experienced engineers who are interested in earning additional income alongside their current work, subject to their employer's policies.

The role is coding-heavy and requires strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.

What You'll Do

- Develop, modify, and debug frontend and backend applications.
- Work with APIs, databases, services, and integrations.
- Understand and work with unfamiliar codebases.
- Diagnose application, API, database, authentication, and deployment issues.
- Work with multiple programming languages.
- Review and improve AI-generated code for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Work independently as an Individual Contributor.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong Full-Stack Development experience




- Hands-on Frontend + Backend development
- React
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong experience with one or more of:
- Python
- Java
- Node.js
- Golang
- Rust

- APIs & Databases
- Application Architecture
- System Integration
- Strong Debugging & Problem-Solving skills
- Experience working with unfamiliar codebases
- Experience with multiple programming languages
- AI-generated code review/evaluation

Selection Process

1st Round – AI Interview: Approximately 30 minutes

2nd Round – Hiring Manager: Based on 1st-round performance. Candidates who perform well in the AI interview may not require a second round.
