Role & responsibilities

- 4+ years of overall QA / Performance Testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one of:
- JMeter
- LoadRunner / OpenText LoadRunner
- Gatling
- Experience with Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing.
- Strong understanding of performance-testing concepts.
- Experience with web and API performance testing.
- Positive understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and REST APIs.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Experience analyzing performance test results.
- Experience with performance monitoring.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Candidate Profile:

- Have strong hands-on performance testing experience.
- Be capable of creating performance scripts independently.
- Understand workload modeling and concurrency.
- Be able to analyze performance bottlenecks.
- Have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Understand application, database, and infrastructure performance.
- Be comfortable working with developers, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Be able to independently prepare performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
