A leading Microfinance / Financial Services Company is hiring for the position of Branch Credit Manager (BCM) at Kadiri.

Location: Kadiri, Andhra Pradesh

Position: Branch Credit Manager (BCM)

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Industry: NBFC / MFI / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor branch-level credit operations
• Ensure quality of loan appraisal and credit assessment
• Review customer and loan documentation as per company policies
• Monitor portfolio quality and credit risk
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Collection teams
• Conduct regular branch visits and credit checks




• Support business growth while maintaining portfolio quality
• Monitor team performance and ensure process adherence

Candidate Profile:

- Relevant experience in Credit / Branch Operations / Individual Lending
• Candidates from NBFC / MFI / Microfinance background preferred
• Solid knowledge of credit appraisal and loan processes
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel to assigned branches
