- Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and performance improvement activities.
- Analyze product performance, identify issues, and propose solutions for optimization.
- Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyse test data, and prepare technical reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for product improvements and new product ideas.
- Support team in conducting feasibility studies, product testing, and prototype creation.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement,
and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Evaluate materials, methods, and component selection for performance, durability, and cost optimization.
