- Bridge Business & Engineering: Translate complex business requirements into transparent, detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- System & Process Modeling: Analyze existing architecture and workflows to design optimized system processes, data flow diagrams, and API integration requirements.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Utilize SQL, data modeling, and analytics tools to evaluate system performance, validate requirements, and inform technical decision-making.
- Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as the primary technical liaison between product managers, business leaders, and software development teams to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Agile Lifecycle Facilitation: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and system demo sessions, ensuring user stories are fully scoped and ready for development.
- Quality & Acceptance Testing: Define testing strategy, write test cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that delivered features meet functional and technical specifications.
