Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect with deep platform expertise, architectural leadership, and hands-on experience designing scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for multi-domain and multi-instance environments.
- Develop architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and data models.
- Establish platform governance, coding standards, and technical guardrails.
- Drive CSDM, CMDB maturity, and platform lifecycle management.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide developers, administrators, and consultants on ServiceNow best practices.
- Architect integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and event frameworks.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations and automation.




- Present architecture decisions to CIO/VP-level stakeholders and architecture review boards.
- Mentor technical teams and support client workshops, RFPs, and transformation programs.

- CSDM 4.0 & CMDB

- Multi-cloud: Azure / AWS / GCP

Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- CSA & CAD
- Minimum 2 CIS certifications in areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, SAM, HAM, Discovery, or Service Mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow CTA Program Capstone completion
- Architecture Excellence Accreditation
- Experience with large-scale Digital, AI/ML, and CloudOps transformation programs
- Experience with Big 4 consulting environments preferred
