Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI and Generative AI use cases across business functions.
- Build AI roadmaps covering use-case prioritization, technology adoption, operating models, investment requirements, and implementation timelines.
- Conduct market, technology, and competitive analysis to identify emerging AI trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop business cases, ROI models, and value-realization frameworks for AI investments.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, data scientists, product teams, and senior executives to drive AI adoption.
- Define AI operating models, governance frameworks, policies, and responsible AI practices.
- Assess AI maturity and recommend organizational, technology, data, and capability improvements.
- Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, models, and technology solutions and support strategic technology-selection decisions.
- Lead AI transformation programs from strategy and ideation through implementation and value measurement.
- Track AI program performance using business and technology KPIs and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Drive change management, AI adoption, and workforce upskilling initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, automation, and emerging AI technologies and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations, investment proposals, and AI transformation plans to executive stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile





- 5 to 10 years of experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, digital transformation, management consulting, product strategy, or AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
- Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, business cases, ROI models, and investment proposals.
- Robust understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data strategy, cybersecurity, privacy, and AI risk management.
- Experience working with senior executives and managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business and technology problems.
- Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, technology assessment, and vendor evaluation.
- Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems, including AWS, Azure, GCP, data platforms, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing strategic programs, transformation initiatives, and multiple workstreams.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and technologies is highly desirable; knowledge of Python, SQL, data analytics, or BI tools is an advantage.
- An MBA, strategy consulting background, or experience working with enterprise AI transformation programs is preferred.
