a. Must Have experience in handling sterile manufacturing isolators - operations and Green field projects .. with robust knowledge on aseptic processing
b. Experience in manufacturing complex injectables
c. Expertise in Qualifications, Validations of a sterile facility with good understanding and knowledge of good engineering practices
D. Hands on experience in Isolator Technology
e)Vial Washing-Vial Washing cycles using Recycled water, purified water, Water for Injection(WFI) and compressed air
f) Tunnel Sterilizer-Infeed zone(Drying zone),Hot zone and Cooling zone.
g)Vial Filling process-Transfer of aseptic load for filling. Nitrogen purging(Pre filling and post filling),Vial Filling and Stoppering
