- Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and implementation.
- Validate, transform, and import customer data.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Build automation using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI tools.
- Monitor onboarding and resolve implementation issues.
- Communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Improve onboarding through automation and process optimization.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Implementation, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Data Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Strong data troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with APIs, CSV/Excel data, imports, or integrations.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Codex is a plus.
