Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and allocate daily/shift-wise production activities according to the production plan and job priorities.

- Responsible for managing and supervising all post-printing activities during the shift for offset-printed packaging and corrugated jobs,

- Ensuring production targets, quality standards, timely delivery, machine efficiency, and protected working practices are achieved.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Manage packaging operations, including corrugated box manufacturing and packing processes.
