Role Overview

At Ninjacart, We are looking for a motivated legal professional to support the legal and compliance function across licensing, agreements, regulatory requirements, and legal research. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–4 years of experience,



including freshers with a strong interest in corporate and regulatory legal work.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate licenses, registrations, renewals, and regulatory compliances.
- Assist with FSSAI licenses and food-related regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, undertakings, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support the team in identifying and tracking legal and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation, licenses, and compliance matters.
- Maintain records of agreements, licenses, notices, and other legal documentation.
- Assist in preparing legal summaries, notes, and basic opinions as required.
- Support the legal team on other corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Requirements

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 0–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, licensing, or regulatory roles. Freshers with relevant internships are welcome.
- Basic understanding of contract/agreement drafting and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with FSSAI, licensing, regulatory compliance, or food/agri-related regulations will be an advantage.
- Strong legal research, documentation, and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation/compliance activities.
