- Incoming, in-process & final inspection
- Preparation and maintenance of inspection reports
- Understanding of drawings, specifications & quality standards
- Dimensional inspection using measuring instruments
- Raw material and component inspection
- Identify and report quality issues / NCR
- Support root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Maintain quality documentation and records
- Support internal/customer audits
- Coordinate with Production, Design & Purchase teams
Knowledge Required:
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS
- 7 QC tools
- CAPA / NCR
- 5 Why / Fishbone analysis
- Basic GD&T; and engineering drawings
- Measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Skills: Communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation and teamwork
