Role & responsibilities

Patient Care

Customer Support

Inbound Calls

Outbound Calls

CRM Portal management

Lab Operations

Preventive Package sales

Coordination with manager

No Target

No Night Duty

Salary - 16k - 25k in hand ( as per experience )

Benefits - PF, ESIC/ MEDICAL, BONUS, GRADUITY

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must be only from Gurgaon or nearby location.

Immediate Joiner

Must be comfortable with rotational shift.

Required knowledge of Diagnostic or Healthcare

Must be from Healthcare background only

Must have strong knowledge of patient handling

Valuable Communication Skill

Basic English communication required

Basic Computer knowledge & Excel knowledge required
