Key Responsibilities

- Manage QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality.

- Handle NCRs, defects, corrective & preventive actions.

- Manage material inspection, testing and approval.

- Prepare/review ITPs, Method Statements, checklists and quality reports.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.

- Maintain complete QA/QC documentation and records.

-To check the quality of work and verify work inspection reports

-To prepare material inspection reports

-To coordinate with Material testing lab agencies / RMC plants for testing of materials

-Meetings with contractors for awareness of quality of work.





On-site testing and preparation of reports.

Must-Have Skills:

- Solid knowledge of IS Codes

- Working knowledge of MoRTH & IRC standards

- Practical knowledge of Material Testing

- Defect/NCR Handling

- QA/QC Documentation

- Strong Communication & Coordination Skills

- Knowledge of Method Statements

-Skills to extract the best quality from the contractors and vendors.

-Knowledge of computer software skills like Word, Excel, PP presentation

-Knowledge of technical specifications of construction/interiors/ plumbing materials
