- Develop strong and constructive relationships with the
stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in Leadership hiring, Non IT hiring, CXO Hirings, Executive hirings, Market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards with data driven decisions on future requirements.
- Formulate strategy on future recruitment requirements and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.
- Actively seek and act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
- Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance to client and ensure zero deviations.
- Communicate Taggd process and benefits to key stakeholders ,including changes in process, current initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
