- Provide remote IT support for Windows desktops, laptops, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues.
- Install and configure Windows and common software applications.
- Support users with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and other IT-related issues.
- Handle and resolve support requests through ticketing tools.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users/customers.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers and candidates with 0 - 2 years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office/Office 365.
- Valuable English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-friendly and willing to learn.
