Job Description

We are looking for experienced FMCG Food Sales professionals to manage sales operations and business development across the assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned territory/branch to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive primary and secondary sales growth.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to improve productivity and market coverage.




- Develop and manage an effective distributor, dealer, and retailer network.
- Ensure product availability, distribution efficiency, and adequate market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, customers, vendors, and business partners.
